eunice published her first children's book starring her dogs, Sugar and Bella in march 2020.  The Sugar Loves Bella Series are stories to encourage empathy, inclusion and understanding among young readers and adults.

eunice released her second book, "TEN THINGS YOUR MAMA NEVER TOLD YOU BUT MINE DID" in July 2020.
